We’ll cover:
* Your training history, what’s worked in the past
* How you feel in your body
* Mobility
* Injuries
* Your goals, and
* Any other questions you might have
We’ll get you started with the right Membership
She Rises - just for our new members, includes 4 PT sessions and 4 weeks of classes, exclusively for women who are just starting out
The Uprising - 2 sessions per week
The Vanguard - unlimited sessions per week
All of these include scheduled classes, open-gym time and a community that cares.
