ABOUT THE RESISTANCE

Two women are exercising on BOSU balls, passing a black medicine ball to each other, with a fitness instructor observing in the background in a gym setting.

Because Women Deserve More

The Resistance began with a simple truth: women deserve better from the fitness industry.

Too many women feel invisible in gyms. Too many feel lost after years away from training. Too many are told they need to be smaller, faster, tougher, younger.

We’re not here for any of that.

Our mission is to create a space where women feel strong, supported and fiercely proud of what their bodies can do.

Expect progress.
Expect laughter, connection and occasional sass.
Expect to walk out feeling more powerful than when you walked in.

This is strength without punishment.
This is training without the drama.

THIS IS THE RESISTANCE.

Woman's Group Strength classes

The heart of The Resistance.

Not a bootcamp. Not a short-term fix, unsustainable 'transformation', or competitive 'challenge'.

This is solid, science-based strength training designed for women.

* Focus on building strength, technique, and confidence

* Small groups, so we can keep it personal!

* Includes mobility, core, and functional movement

These sessions are suitable for all levels, and are loved by women who are comfortable with strength training as well as those returning after a break, who want guidance they can trust.

Strong. Supported. Sustainable.

For women who want to lift a little heavier.

Special Ops is for members who want an extra challenge and want to play with heavier weights.

Designed for more experienced members - these sessions focus on heavier lifting and more complex movements. If you have mastered movement patterns and are confident in your form, let's keep you progressing!

Challenge is encouraged - pressure is not.

the hiit squad + The liberation (Mobility)

Move hard. Recover well.

There’s a better way for grown-up women to do HIIT - and here’s the good news: it takes less time and gets better results. The HIIT Squad + The Liberation has all the benefits of high intensity training, optimised for women, followed by recovery - it’s the best of both worlds.

We run several sessions per week, split into two clear parts:
* 20 minutes of higher-intensity, explosive, cardio-focused work
* 20 minutes of mobility, stretching and recovery

This format allows you to work up a sweat, get your heart rate up, and then properly unwind - supporting both fitness and recovery.

These sessions are a great complement to strength training and are ideal for women who want variety, efficiency, and a little extra movement in their week.

Work hard. Move well. Leave feeling good.
